“Zero Fraud Tolerance” ” is the motto that defines our company's attitude to fraud. The prevention program allows employees, suppliers and third parties to report suspected non-ethical or illegal activities of VSE management, while maintaining the anonymity of the whistleblower. The Ombudsman system has been ready to protect the company's assets and reputation from various forms of fraud since 1 January 2009.
In VSE Holding Group, the principles to create framework for business as well as social conduct are being supported.
Regulated supplier-customer relationships
When purchasing electricity, we carefully manage selection of suppliers and support efficient energy sources, including alternative ones, of electricity production. We carry out tenders for commodities (goods, works, services) in terms of valid internal directive and in accordance with the Code of Conduct. The aim is to increase clarity and transparency in the purchasing process and equal opportunities for all potential suppliers.
